Create a Jump in Sales as You Go Into 2011

Jumping into the fray of the first month of the new year and trying to make money at it is usually a tough task.
There is a way to get a good start, as long as you put some thought and planning into it.

The "normal" January is a time when people has less to spend, due to possible overspending during the holidays.  That lack of funds can deter the average marketer, but you are not average, are you?

Here are a few ideas of things you can easily do to get and keep some cash flow going in your online business during this "slow" month:

1.  Go through your desktop files to locate any Private Label Rights or Master Resale Rights products that are idle and collecting virtual dust.  Brainstorm how you could take some of that material and either create a unique product from it, or bundle it for a "dime sale" type of promotion.  As long as you have a subscriber list and keep the pricing and value inline with your list's financial perspective, you will make sales and cash flow--while your fellow marketers are wringing their hands complaining how "no one has any money".
2.  Create at least one little 3-5 page e-book that tutors/teaches a specific  technique or solves a very specific issue.  Price the creation at $2.  Anyone on your list can afford that---and there's no telling how many you can sell.  Post the link in your social sites, mention it in your blog postings and you will create a cash flow---you won't get rich, but you will be able to pay the expenses of running your online business with this tactic.
3.  Go through your past customer lists---anyone who has purchased from you over the last year----and create a product bundle just for your past customers.  The bundle could be PLR, MRR, or anything you have that can quickly and easily be set up.  Contact all your past customer by email, then make your offer.  People who have purchased from you previously are more apt to buy from you again---so here is a great way to show them how much they are appreciated by having a "customers only" promotion.

Those are just 3 ideas---if you put your brain to it, you will come up with more.
January doesn't have to be a "slow" month.  Put some thought into your mission and you can make things happen!

Have you developed the "3rd Eye" in your Entrepreneurial Venture?

Developing the "3rd Eye" and using this process in your business operations
can have lasting and profitable results.

But, what exactly is the "3rd Eye"?

The 3rd Eye is a concept taken from the spiritual and esoteric beliefs of certain

Eastern and Western traditions.
It is referred to in those beliefs as the gate that leads to higher consciousness.
The third eye may also symbolize a state of enlightenment, and we all know that

we Entrepreneurs will take all the enlightenment we can get.

Is this another "wacky" idea and concept?
Apparently not, since this concept is being taught to many of the Fortune 500 companies,
new start-ups, and in business incubators across the globe.

Dr. Mrityunjay B. Athreya, a Harvard and Stanford educated consultant,

educator, and lecturer, is touted to be the Peter Drucker of India.
Dr. Athreya's experience and expertise has been taught and worked in

several countries, top management schools and  with Fortune 500 companies.

According to Dr. Athreya, there is a progressive global shift going on today in business--

not only Big Business, but in smaller, self-contained ventures.

That brings the whole concept down and places it in the laps of Internet Entrepreneurs,

home-based business people, and small businesses.

The concepts relativity to those of us who use the Internet as a business vehicle
is dynamic.
Look at the past history of the 'Net---how quickly things change and how we have

had to change with it.
If we could develop such a "3rd eye" to be able to foresee what the next

few weeks or months will bring, think of how knowing or being able
to predict it will have an impact on the way we operate our businesses.

The key factor of developing this concept lies in the ability to take

ourselves out of the mundane operations  of our everyday businesses
so that we can be able to do our own research, perform critical thinking,
utilize more of our creativity, and just "get out of our boxes" a little more often.

Doing so will create an opening for us to "be aware" of things as they are,

and what they probably will become.
It is in that awareness that new ideas spring forth, new innovations are created and

put to use, and new profits emerge from our efforts.

So, Entrepreneur, go out and develop your "3rd Eye".
Put it to work and see just what marvelous impact it might bring about.

Home-Based Businesses: be your own "Thought Leader" for motivation

Many of us who are home-based business persons are always looking for motivation.
Those of us who are in the "make money online" business are as well, and we seek that motivation either from within or from outside sources.

In the cyber-world there are thousands of tidbits and "bigbits" of motivational sources.
However, sometimes we Internet marketers have a tendency to become dependent on those sources of motivation instead of allowing our own internal genius to bring it out of the depths of our souls.

When we become dependent on outside sources for motivation, i.e: overuse and over-dependency on courses, programs, etc. our internal "motivator" becomes unemployed.

Inside you was installed before birth, a wonderful mind.
Sometimes all you need is a little "reminder" of things that can get that "motivator" of yours working at full speed.

Here's an idea or two:
use those progams, courses, quotes and affirmations in a foundation-building way.
Use them to instill some core thoughts within your mind---a little at a time. Then let your mind do some work on them.
That will get the imagination back on the job doing creative thinking for you.

What does motivate you? Is it the things you want?
or
Are the reasons you want them greater than the actual things?

Take a few moments to create a little journal.
Write down some of the great points of those courses and programs.
Then write down HOW those thoughts will impact you or your home-based or work-at-home business.

Write down what you desire.
Then write down WHY you desire it, along with the results that having/accomplishing them will impact your life.

Do that and you will become your own thought leader within your own business
and will have less dependency on outside motivation sources.
